Most questions about Inkpass come down to restoring purchases, moving an album to a new iPhone, fixing a friend link, or understanding how countries are counted. The answers below cover each one. For anything else, email us using the contact block at the bottom.

How do I contact support?
Email us using the contact block at the end of this page. Say which iPhone model and iOS version you use and what you tapped before the problem. Do not send a Backup link, because it contains your whole album. A screenshot of the screen is enough.
Where can I read how the app handles my data?
The privacy page lists what stays on the phone, what a link carries and what the billing service receives. The terms link Apple's standard license. Feature pages such as backup and restore explain the details step by step.

Frequently asked questions
How do I restore my purchases?
Open Me, then Settings, then Restore purchases, or tap Restore on the Pro screen. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I cancel my Inkpass Pro subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Inkpass, or use Manage subscription in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
How do I move my album to a new iPhone?
With iCloud on, the welcome screen offers to restore your album. Without iCloud, open the Backup link you saved or import the JSON file from Settings.
A friend's link says it is invalid. What now?
Chat apps sometimes cut long links. Ask the sender for a fresh copy. If it says the link is from a newer version, update Inkpass.
Why does my country count differ from another app?
Inkpass starts from 195 countries, the 193 UN members and 2 observers. Territories, UK nations and layovers are optional switches in Counting rules.
Why is a region on the map shaded without a name?
Disputed areas appear in a neutral hatch with no label and no count. The selectable list follows UN membership.
Does Inkpass need an account?
No account or login exists. Your album is stored on your iPhone and in your private iCloud if you enable it.
How do I delete all my data?
Open Me, Settings, then Delete all data. It removes everything from the phone and from your iCloud copy. The app has no server copy.
Why does Stamp where I am not find my country?
Location may be off for Inkpass, or the point is in a disputed area or open water. Pick the country from the list or turn location on in iPhone Settings.
